Poison Ivy is the first elite talent management company for Ivy Leaguers founded in 2010 by Ayodola “Ayo” Adigun. As an alumnus of Harvard and Columbia Universities, she was inspired by the amount of raw, undiscovered talent and beauty showcased in these academic settings rarely tapped for creative endeavors. Her vision was to establish a high-standard talent service targeting these exceptional individuals. With Ayodola's unique idea, coupled with the creative direction of Solomon Doley, Poison Ivy became a reality.
Poison Ivy provides service for models, dancers, musicians, and artists who have received their educations from the eight prestigious schools of the Ivy League: Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, University of Pennsylvania, and Yale. We take pride in highlighting those with beauty and brains, demanding a rigorous academic background as well as extraordinary talent. Poison Ivy is an equal opportunity service representing a diverse and eclectic body of individuals. Our aim is to provide articulate individuals who can best represent client brands and businesses to the public.
Our mission is to promote beautifully educated and talented individuals, and this is what sets us apart from other companies. Poison Ivy demands and recruits comprehensive individuals who are not only talented, but also possess academic track records indicating cognitive and interpersonal abilities beyond the norm. This academic rigor ensures our talent will provide the three P’s that are absent from most services: presentation, performance, and professionalism.
